Whistleblower J. Christian Adams himself wrote the article for Pajamas Media. They received the redacted communications logs from the Department of Justice that shows high level discussions before, during and after the Black Panther case dismissal. And they claimed this dismissal was a haphazard circumstance coming from low-level career civil servants. They claimed this to everyone, congress, the Civil Rights Commission, and to the public. They claimed this under oath. Looks like things are about to heat up for the DOJ:
I can't wait for the congressional hearings to start. Maybe that will provide a little economic stimulus to the Washington D.C. area. And a little moral stimulus for the rest of us.
The deputy attorney general is the second highest-ranking official in the Department. The use of the term “current thoughts” implies that there were prior thoughts and ongoing discussions with the second highest-ranking political official at DOJ about how to handle the case.Mr. Adams notes that the media has repeated not only this lie, but also the lie that he himself had been demoted, and thus was a disgruntled employee. To the contrary, he says. He had been given a better assignment and pay grade.
Further, the logs show dozens of communications between senior DOJ political officials in the two weeks prior to the dismissal of the case.

Why is is OK to threaten and intimidate voters with nightsticks outside of a polling place? Should it matter what skin color the voters have? Should it matter what skin color the thugs have? Shouldn't justice be blind to race and ethnicity? A crime should be a crime.
But not in Eric Holder's Justice Department. And not on the Civil Rights Division on his watch. If the victims are white, and the perpetrators are of color, no prosecution will be pursued, no matter how much evidence there is. In Mr. Adams' testimony before the Civil Rights Commission he said:
Oh, but maybe that Black Panther was just holding the nightstick for someone else. He could be innocent, right? Umm. Get a load of what he said on tape a while back:
This whole "cracker" quote has Twitter on fire today. The Tweeters are coming up with jokes about Crackers, like Cracker Movie Titles. NonLiberalVTer said, "In these PC times, isn't it more appropriate to say 'Cracker-American'? #ponderingcrackerism" I find it hard to laugh at this, though. As a mother of 6 babies, 2 old enough to vote, I wouldn't want my kids anywhere hear this Shabazz character at any time. Much less on voting day. He needs to be IN JAIL.
Hat Tip PajamasMedia.
It is hard to believe that Holder did not discuss this case with the Obama administration. Hillbuzz asks if this story will be the one to bring down the Obama administration.

“I was told by Voting Section management that cases are not going to be brought against Black defendants for the benefit of White victims. That if somebody wanted to bring these cases, it was up to the US Attorney but the Civil Rights Division wasn’t going to be bringing it.”

The general public was not aware of the importance of Watergate for the longest time either. People we know who actually lived in Washington, DC in the early 1970s said they heard a little about something happening at some hotel, but didn’t pay much attention to it until everything pretty much hit the fan one day. Things built up. Confidence in the White House was shaken. And then, as it was described to us, “it was like a big sinkhole just opened up and swallowed Nixon and everything broke loose”.
We don’t know if the Black Panther case will itself be the sinkhole that takes down this presidency, but something is coming. The Media and this White House have been race-baiting for over two years now. Anyone who does not agree with this “president” is called a RAAACIST. Anyone who criticizes this administration is RAAACIST. This “president” and his administration make absolutely everything, ultimately, about race.
We can’t help thinking this is going to come back to bite them, in a very, very big way.

The U.S. Department of Justice now claims that J. Christian Adams was "unhappy" in his job, despite the fact that he received a promotion on April 29th. This does not surprise me. As the administrators at DOJ cannot possibly understand the concepts of honor or integrity, they would therefore be unable to identify anybody who operates on those principles.
Adams quit because Eric Holder's Department of Justice has decided to only pursue civil rights complaints if the complaints are by people of color against white people. This is not only blatantly racist and illegal, but dangerous to our Republic, in that it legalizes intimidation at the voting booth. As long as the voters are white.

Might just be Eric Holder's justice department getting ready to collapse. Is the Black Panther case about to blow wide open? Will J. Christian Adams expose unlawful dealings in the Obama Justice Department now that he has resigned?
Eric Holder has stonewalled Congress, the Civil Rights Commission, and the American people regarding the inexplicable order that political appointees at Justice gave last year to drop the slam dunk winning case against the New Black Panther party.More at American Thinker.
Members of the group were caught on tape clearly intimidating white voters at a Philadelphia polling place. A summary judgment followed but before sentencing, Justice dropped the case. When some Republican senators asked why, Holder refused to comply with requests for an explanation. Even a US Civil Rights Commission subpoena couldn't get Holder to supply them with a reason why he dropped a case that Justice had already won.
Now it appears that someone is going to talk. And what he has to say will no doubt prove very interesting to Congress....
In his letter of resignation, the attorney, J. Christian Adams, expresses his concerns over his personal exposure to prosecution for contempt because Justice refuses to respond to the lawful requests from the US Civil Rights Commission:
