| Florida Judge Roger Vinson |
O. M. G.
I can't believe that Florida Judge Roger Vinson had the gonads to take Obama and Holder to the woodshed over Obamacare. But he did.
These two slippery characters are given 7 days to appeal Vinson's overturning of Obamacare or ELSE.
Vinson berated the Obama administration for asking him to clarify his prior ruling, instead of asking for a stay. He beat them to the punch and treated their request as a request for a stay, which he granted. For only seven days. After that he most certainly will grant a stay against implementation of Obamacare, which is what he meant to do in the first place. This will, hopefully, force the matter into appeal and stop the Obama Administration's foot-dragging.
Let's see how Obama and Holder skate around this one.
God bless and keep you, Judge Vinson. You are one of the bravest and most patriotic judges in America today.

TPP (Tea Party Patriots) has learned that the defunding of Obamacare is NOT in the Continuing Resolution currently in process!
We need you to call the GOP members of the House Rules Committee (where the first vote is expected in the next 24 hrs) immediately and urge them to support Rep. Steve King's amendment to defund Obamacare.
The GOP members of the Rules Committee, and their office phone numbers are:
Pete Sessions, TX-32 (202) 225-2231
Virginia Foxx, NC-5 (202) 225-2071
Rob Bishop, UT-1 (202) 225-0453
Rob Woodall, GA-7 (202) 225-4272
Richard Nugent, FL-5 (202) 225-1002
Tim Scott, SC-1 (202) 225-3176
Daniel Webster, FL-8 (202) 225-2176
Keep the pressure on and hold the GOP to its promises!
Here's what I say when I call,
"Hi I'd like to register my opinion on something. Please ask the Congressman to support Steve King's amendment to defund Obamacare in the continuing resolution. Thank you."
They may also ask for your name and address. There's no need to dodge this question. Just answer politely and move on to the next call.
The goal is to have such a dramatic volume of calls on the subject that the message is clearly sent.
Thank you for all you do!!
Congressmen Sessions, Nugent and Bishop's people assured me that they support the resolution and intend to defund Obamacare. The other people said that they would pass on the message, except for the offices of Scott and Foxx. Their phones went to answering machine and the message box was "full". Maybe we should defund the office staff for Foxx and Scott if they can't manage to empty out the message center on a daily basis?
